Touted as “Christchurch’s most luxurious dining experience” it is not hard to feel like you have been transported somewhere truly special when you step inside Louis. The centrepiece is undoubtedly the 14,000-crystal chandelier imported from Italy, while the impressive bar provides an enviable line up of world-class champagne, wines, spirits and liqueurs.

The experience has been crafted from owner, Jason Whitelaw’s overseas travel and work coupled with a strong desire to bring a little slice of Europe, home to Christchurch.

Louis is both a bar and a restaurant so you can relax over a drink or enjoy a dining experience five days a week.
